Nein, das ist nur die Version für aktuellere Windows 10 Builds, deren Manifest angepasst und die App dann per Sideloading auf dem Phone installiert wurde. (Siehe Info-Feld ganz unten).
Da funktional kein Unterschied zwischen 111 und 112 besteht, stellt sich die Frage nach der Sinnhaftigkeit der Manipulation. Nachdem aktuelle System-Bibliotheken nie für W10M freigegeben und von MS getestet wurden, tendenziell vielleicht sogar buggy an der einen oder anderen Stelle.

Die neue Version für "Windows on ARM" würde übrigens beim Paket ARM64 anstatt ARM melden.
