Wenn du PU startest und ein Gerät mit PU verbindest werden im ersten Schritt von PU die Gerätedaten und - pakete eingelesen, da solltest du nach erfolgreichem update auch einen Unterschied sehen.

Wenn PU alle Pakete auf's Gerät geschoben hat, findet nach ein paar Sekunden bis Minuten das eigentlich update statt, siehst du am Gerät unter Handyupdate (WP8.1).

Wenn sich da nichts verändert hat, dann starte das update nochmal und hab ein Wenig Geduld, wenn sich da wirklich nichts tut, dann ist irgendwo ein Fehler drin und du wirst leider von vorne Anfangen müssen.
Es empfiehlt sich das Gerät noch vor dem update im MSC in eines umzubenennen welches keine updates erhalten darf, bzw. vor dem update das Netzwerk zu löschen, denn Win10M schaltet gerne nach updates das WLAN aktiv.

Guten Morgen,
hab gestern erst mal aufgegeben und mir den Start von Falcon 9 angeschaut.
So, nun zum 930.
Meiner Beobachtung nach erfolgt keine Übertragung des neuen Betriebssystems auf das Phone oder die Installation wird nicht angestoßen.
Das kann doch nur mit dem Modus zu tun haben, in welchen das Ding nach den Modifikationen im EFI-Sektor gebootet wird?

Moin, eigentlich nicht, du kannst wie gesagt ja auch die ganz Schritte die für Astoria nötig sind weglassen und bekommst dann eben nur eine stinknormale Insider.

Datum entsprechend Angaben gesetzt, jegliche Verbindung abgestellt, ja.
Ich habs jetzt noch drei mal probiert.
Im PU passiert nach dem Herunterladen der Updates genau nichts mehr.
Ich kann mir das nur so erklären, dass a: nichts auf das Gerät geschrieben werden kann! oder b: nichts ausgeführt werden kann.
In den WPI kann man ja einmal nur den Bootloader entsperren und einmal Root-Access herstellen.
Ich hab zuletzt letzteres gemacht, keine Änderung beim Ergebnis.

Hm, dann ist irgendwo was schiefgelaufen, fang einfach nochmal ganz von vorne an, beim ROM. Das ist auch ein ganz normales 930, also RM-1045?
Du mußt dich ganz genau an die einzelnen Schritte halten, wenn du z.B. das Datum falsch gesetzt hast und den update Prozeß gestartet hast, dann ist es schon vorbei, dann brauchst du es auch nicht nochmal mit dem richtigen Datum versuchen, dann mußt du zurück zum Anfang, leider. Für das 930 nimmst du am Besten die 10536. Das funktioniert, ich hab das oft genug gemacht, mit beiden Varianten und vielen Lumias.

Ist am Anfang etwas verwirrend, aber da sieht man recht schnell durch. Die 10536 ist die die einfach besser läuft und du kannst sie für das 930 nutzen.
