Hello!
I read a few topics and it looks like it might be okay to just type in english rather than using a German translator. Hope that's okay.
I just bought a new Lumia 1020 as I needed a phone and used to have one and loved the camera, back in like 2013?
Anyway, after a lot of searching I've been looking for a way to get my Lumia 1020 to Windows 10 1067 update. I believe this specific version is (10.0.14393.2363) ?
I followed a method that involved editing the registry on my device, but it seems the Windows Insider program no longer works to update the device...so I'm at a roadblock.
Someone linked this forum randomly on a reddit post regarding updates so I decided to check it out!
Is it possible to update to this specific version of Windows 10 using your tool? I'm really just trying to avoid having an update that causes the Lumia 1020 performance to drop, as I've read thats an issue with some of the Win10 updates.

The translator Tools did strange things in the past, also the damn auto-correction [emoji6] English is the best Option so far.

Upon downloading and running the Updater, I received:

I have restarted it, and hit Next again and received:

I pushed forward and tried to update and got through the download.

I went into my phone's Phone Update settings and it says "Preparing to Install" with the percentage and bar going up.
I hope this won't brick my phone, is this okay?

If you see on the phone in the update option, that an update runs through, then everything is ok.
The phone will boot again after the update, then comes the migration and the rest of the stuff.

Okay great. If/when the phone updates and restarts, should I force close and restart the Phone Updater program and go through it again??

I recommend to disconnect the phone from the USB cable if the update is installed on it. (The files must of course have been completely transferred to the phone before.)
Then restart the updater, connect the phone again via USB cable and perform a new update search.

I have no idea if the files were fully transferred to the phone because it wasn't long after the Download finished that the Update error'd out in the program. The phone is now on a screen with two rotating cogs and they're spinning. I'm not sure how long this part should take but the bar has not moved past the very initial part, like 1% into the bar.
Is there a procedure to restart the process if it doesn't ever move past this screen?
Edit : It's been about 15 min on the exact same spot in the update bar, I'm going to take a shower and if it's not moved by then I'll assume it's frozen and try and restart the device.

If the update is displayed on the phone, then all required files are transferred.
The rotating gears indicate the update process on the phone, the data is now installed.
Please do not get nervous, that can take a long time. It is important that the phone in this state NOT try to restart.
Even if the bar stops at 1% for a while, at some point it goes on. That can take 10-15 minutes.

I did notice that the bluetooth icon is constantly on, but it doesn't let me actually turn it on in the settings? So it's permanently disabled, is there a fix for this?

Good morning, try a hard resett, maybe there was an error created within the Update process.

Nice to hear that you could update your phone. Is there any chance you can attach / upload the Devicelog.cab? Might be helpful in the future to work around some bugs.

Sure, I don't mind that! Just lemme know how to access it. Also, how do I hard reset the phone exactly? Haha. I was going to do it yesterday but I put a screen protector on and it needed to dry overnight.

I found the Reset option, but after resetting my battery seems to have returned to the "Not Found" state, and the wi-fi doesn't see to work :/
Edit: restarting seems to have corrected both these issues. Bluetooth looks to be working too!
