Hallo...ich habe das Telefon vor ein paar Monaten gebraucht gekauft und mein Sohn gegeben. Vor eine Woche kamm er an und meldete an dass das Ativ funktioniert nicht mehr...
Reset habe ich schon durchgeführt. ..hilft aber nichts....kommt immer das Selbe wieder auf dem Bildschirm. ..

Normalerweise kommt diese Fehlermeldung wenn ein Update in die Hose gegangen ist aber Updates dürfte es für das AtivS momentan nicht geben. Ich kann mir das nur so erklären, dass das Ativ nicht auf dem aktuellen Stand war und Dein Sohn irgendwie Updates jetzt manuell ausgelöst hat.
Wenn Du mir da ein paar nähere Infos geben könntest, was genau passiert ist, dann ist das sehr hilfreich.
