Heartly welcome to our community, not quite sure what our boss is trying to tell us, but i'm sure he doesn't know either...
The topic Windows 10 ARM itself, is very hot for mobile users, but the results are not really handy / usable for more than an outlook, or better as a tech demo. As daily driver, i would suggest you, to wait for further experience and maybe future Build / ROM...
