Hello, Yes I'm developing for Windows 10. I'm trying to start developing cross platform. Windows Universal, Windows 10 Mobile, IOS and Android. I have been around awhile but I am not very experienced with using their full potential. I was lead to this site from XDA site when studying Win RT on Lumia phone.
