"Handy" ist Teil des rudimentären Exlorers aus Win8.1M, wird in allen Exporern im Bearbeitungskontext gelistet und kann auch noch benutzt werden, er wird auch mit der App-Liste verlinkt und wird unter Apps/Apps & Features als "Handy-Microsoft Corporation" und im Store als "Handy" gelistet.
