It updated to 1607 and almost everything is great!!! Thank you so much!!

I did notice that the bluetooth icon is constantly on, but it doesn't let me actually turn it on in the settings? So it's permanently disabled, is there a fix for this?

Heya Nice to hear that you could update your phone. Is there any chance you can attach / upload the Devicelog.cab? Might be helpful in the future to work around some bugs.
