Uh, there are dozens of them that were installed from the Windows Store.
And it seems the only way to make a full phone backup would be using WPInternals for which I would first need to unlock bootloader and that means flashing firmware first :-) And with flashing firmware all the apps will get overwritten, right? Oh man, this sounds like a vicious circle with no way out :-)
